$600 AUD covers your entries covers all three categories:

1. Category 1 - Espresso (1kg, whole coffee beans in a branded bag)
2. Category 2 - Milk (1kg, whole coffee beans in a branded bag)
3. Category 3 - Filter (1kg, whole coffee beans in a branded bag)

You are entering 3x 1kg coffee entries. There is no limit on green bean cost and no restriction on roasting method. No infused coffee after roasting is allowed (flavouring).
